Lent & Easter at Hill Country UMC

A season of reflection, honest questions, and hope.

Lent and Easter are seasons we walk through intentionally by slowing down, asking meaningful questions, and making space for reflection and hope.
Whether you attend church regularly, haven’t been in years, or are simply curious, you’re welcome to join us this season.

Weekly during the Season of Lent

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday and leads us toward Easter through weekly worship, reflection, and shared practices that connect faith to everyday life.

This season’s sermons focus on:

  • How faith is practiced, not performed
  • What it means to show up with intention
  • Living thoughtfully, compassionately, and honestly

Each week builds toward Easter which is at the heart of the Christian story and a reminder that renewal is always possible.
